All secondary students are challenged to read at least 10 Panda Award books from the 2021-22 Panda Book Award list. These books can be found in the NIS library or on Sora. There are six categories, ranging from picture books to books for high school students. Students can enter no more than 2 titles from a category, so no more than 2 books from the Younger Readers category, no more than 2 books from the Middle Readers Graphic Novels category, etc.
After reading (or listening to) a book, students can prove they read the book by filling out the 10 Book Panda Challenge form. You will need to answer one question about each book. For every book you respond to you will have your name entered for prize drawings during Secondary Assemblies.
English B students are welcome to write their responses in their home language!
